Jackdaw Inputs for Windows x64.

Install: `JackdawInputs.appinstaller` installs and keeps itself updated. `JackdawInputs-x64.msix` is a one-off install. The `.zip` is the same agent with no installer, to run in place.

Verifying this download. Every binary is signed by *The Omen Den L.L.C.* through Azure Trusted Signing, and Windows checks that for you: the installer names the publisher before anything runs, and refuses a package whose signature does not validate. To check by hand:

`checksums.txt` carries SHA-256 hashes for convenience. It is not the security control: anyone able to alter a download could alter the hashes beside it. The signature is what cannot be forged.

The terms are recorded here rather than shipped beside the art because the pack directory carries no licence file at all -- they were stated by the pack's author, and this line is the only record of that.
